A few Thursdays ago the Bank of America web sight was having technical difficulty's for many users. "We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as fast as possible. Please accept our apologies." was sent to a majority of BOFA customers and there wasn't anything many of them could do.
Bank of America worked with customers on an individual basis in case any hardships were caused.
Do you think its smart to rely on the internet; better yet technology for your banking?
I.E. Direct Deposit? Online Banking?
